Taking the Exam
The exam is designed to test a participant’s knowledge about operating a restaurant or any other food service establishment. We will review before you take the exam. It consists of 90 multiple choice questions and the passing score is 75%. You have two hours to complete it. The exam is pass or fail, for it is imperative that participants study the learning materials in advance before attending a review session. The learning materials will be provided to you after payment is received.
